The delicate flower speaks of the quiet strength she holds, a natural grace that grows when she lets herself slow down and just be. The faster and noisier this world gets, the more I crave the quiet and slowness. I search for moments in my day that calm my soul and allow me to breathe and just be - a walk in the forest, snatching a few minutes to sit in the sunshine and watch the butterflies dance amongst the flowers in my garden, a warm bubble bath after a long day.
